Bio
Chelsea G. Tejada (she/her) is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project. She litigates in state and federal courts across the U.S. states and territories to protect and expand access to reproductive health care, including abortion, contraception, and birthing services. Her cases have included challenges to Missouri’s total abortion ban, Guam’s telemedicine ban, and Nevada’s ban on Medicaid funding for abortion. She previously served as a Justice Catalyst Legal Fellow and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and Amherst College.
